DSC Weekly December 13, 2022 – Spotlight on our contributors

Highlight our contributors

In the final issues of DSC Weekly of 2022, we’ll highlight some of our top contributors and their stories from the past year. These articles are chosen for their quality, informative nature and attention to detail.

Ajit Jaokar often publishes articles in which he reviews speculations on future trends in data science. He constantly asks the big questions, like “Could AI replace Google?” and “Metaverse 2.0: What might the long-term vision for the metaverse look like?” In an industry that is changing as rapidly as data science, it is important to look at what is happening now to see how agile companies need to be in the future.

Bill Schmarzo’s content is highly educational in nature. The article with the humorous title “Is God an Economist?”, resulting from a conversation with his children, dives deep into the data surrounding ethical economics. In addition to in-depth and informative articles, he also regularly contributes to multi-part series such as the 3-part “Data Subsets and Data Products”.

Check out these articles and of course many more on Data Science Central. Thanks for reading and happy holidays from the DSC editors!
